The Consortium will:

  • Be a model of excellence in trauma-informed behavioral health, supports coordination, and community services through advocacy, practice and research;
  • Be a committed partner in strength-based community services that empower children, adults, and families;
  • Innovate, develop, and improve services based on an ongoing assessment of needs within our immediate and extended geographic communities;
  • Be an active participant in appropriate, significant national, state, and local service organizations including ad hoc collaborative forums;
  • Draw upon our years of experience and forward looking management approach to be an employer of choice that promotes a culture of inclusiveness among all stakeholders;
  • Encourage, support, and promote self-advocacy, self-determination and community involvement and peer support; and
  • Invest in entrepreneurial initiatives consistent with our mission that lead to a more diversified funding portfolio.
